Item Description
2". In 1952 supporters of Ike or Stevenson could have their photo taken and put on a button with the candidate of their choice. This is a slightly different and much rarer variation produced for the 1956 campaign. It carries a different slogan "Forward Together Ike & Me" and has a manufactures name on the rim at 12 o'clock reading "MFD By Benson Studios NY 36". A 1/4" hairline split in cello on collet at 10 o'clock and a tiny less tha 1/4" missing piece of cello at 11 o'clock barely seen from front otherwise moderate surface scratching that is not deep and seen just in reflected light. Fine. We have only encountered one other example of this version which was in much worse condition. One of the finest campaign novelty button ever produced.
