Item Description
3x8.5" illustrated envelope contains "Buck Rogers Space Ship With Secret Bomb Sight," a 7.75" long die-cut cardboard bomb sight designed w/simulated switches/dials, including "Windage - Speed - Radio Beam - Power." Illustrated instructions and issuer imprint on back. 1942 Morton Salt premium. Envelope has some creasing/handling wear. VG/Fine. Premium is complete w/rubberband and 3.75" long die-cut cardboard spaceship w/rubber suction cup tip that has hardened/flattened w/age. Unused and VF. Scarce as complete w/envelope. 2.5x10" illustrated envelope contains "Speed Gibson Rocket-Gyro" 9.75" long balsa wood/cardboard die-cut rocketship w/metal weight at front tip. Hikes Chocolate Coated/Malted Milk Coated Wheat Cereal premium, c. 1937. Envelope includes "Speed Gibson Says Eat Hikes" text. Envelope shows moderate handling wear w/.5" puncture. VG. Rocket has printing on each side and "Eat Hikes" imprint on one side w/repeat envelope text. One cardboard tail fin has operating instructions printed on back. Complete w/wooden launching stick w/original hardened rubberband. Rocketship is Mint. Rare.
