15.25x15.25" ornate frame contains original production animation cel that has been professionally and attractively triple-matted and shows close-up image of Pluto's face looking at cowbells hung on four strands of barbed wire. From 1949 "Sheep Dog" Pluto animated short. Image area measures 6.75x7" overall (counting barbed wire strands). Pluto has some hairline cracks to paint on his shoulder, but these are only noticeable upon close inspection. VF as professionally matted and framed and ready for display.
