Item Description
Bush items are on two 10x16" stiff foam boards covered in black velvet holding 60 different buttons. These break down to 33 buttons from 1988 which include ten jugates. Jugates include the elephant ears design as well as the one from "St. Charles, Missouri." There is also an interesting large oval reading "Bush '88/Gil Faulk U.S. Senate." The 1992 group consists of 27 buttons including nine jugates. Jugates include the elephant design. Two other interesting pieces are the Bush/Gorbachev meeting button from 1992 in Fulton, Missouri. There is also a large very heavy brass star badge reading "Bush/Posse/92." A high quality collection with numerous scarce items and all in clean and glossy NM to Mint condition. The 1992 Clinton collection consist of 26 pieces ranging from 1.25" to 3". Group includes the button picturing the Oval Office with design by artist Roy Lichtenstein. There is also an interesting 2.25" button showing a hot air balloon inscribed "Clinton." In addition to these two items the group includes eight jugates, four picture buttons and twelve name buttons. Row #2 third item jugate has faint traces of age tone on the white background and same for fifth row item four but all other items display Mint. Numerous scarce items. In the 1996 Clinton group sizes range from 1" to 3". The group is compromised of 15 jugates, four single picture buttons and ten name buttons for a total of 29 different items all NM to Mint. In total 105 buttons with lots of jugates and scarcer designs.
