3". Issued to members of the Democratic National Committee's Rural Council by the the Obama campaign for a meeting at the 2008 Democratic National Convention. Curl reads "Volunteer At Obama For America" and has a California union bug at 12 o'clock on curl. One of the top jugates from the 2008 campaign. Essentially Mint.
