1.5" with union bug on curl at 4 o'clock. Features a striking portrait of the gay rights activist and politician at center with text above. This is from his 1977 successful campaign for San Francisco Board of Supervisors. He and SF Mayor George Mascone were assassinated in 1978. A scarce button featuring perhaps the most recognizable figure in the gay rights movement. NM displaying Mint.
