Item Description
Sizes are about 1” tall to 3” for the large eagle. This piece is embossed brass with shield area reading “American Women’s Voluntary Services.” Second with threaded post and screw cap on reverse reads “Defend America Aid The Allies.” A high quality piece made by Accessocraft. Third simulating metal is actually plastic and includes and single star accented by rhinestone designating a son in the service. Next marked “Sterling” on the reverse is enamel logo for the United States Air Corps and this logo appears on the front of the next item which is a brass cigarette lighter with product name on the base “Match-King.” Luster and logo are worn but still overall good. Last is a rare apparent employee badge from “Kellogg’s.” Design includes a small V for Victory at bottom. Small traces of wear but mostly only in reflected light. A very limited issue that includes name of maker Parisian. Condition on all is Exc. unless noted otherwise.
