Item Description
1.5" and 3.5". Smaller version does not include word "Whoopee". These were notably used at the Aug. 28, 1963 March on Washington with stickers covering the word "Whoopee". This one has a different variety of that sticker applied to reverse and faint traces of sticker residue around the word "Whoopee". Both are NM displaying Mint.
