Item Description
10-7/8x17" thin artboard features pen and ink original art for full-page pin-up featured in "Spawn" #19, published by Image Comics in Oct., 1994. Art and inks by Paul Mavrides, (co-creator/illustrator of the underground comic book "The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers") shows and enraged Spawn standing amidst flames, holding severed arm (w/bone and muscle tissue clearly visible) of gun-wielding anti-Spawn taskforce as other members aim guns at Spawn. Near full body image of Spawn w/billowing cape. Handwritten "SP 19-24" designation at top right margin in black ink. Exc.
