Auction #216 - Part II
Item numbers 978 through 2735 in auction 216
Item Description
These 1930s buttons are similar in concept to the previous lot. Each carriers a serial number that can be matched to a number in the newspaper to win a prize. These come in both a 1” size and 1.25” size and they come with the newspaper name in either red or black. The group begins with Etta Kett. Larger has some tiny craze lines and smaller has slight soiling of white background. Three other buttons have tiny wear trace and these are the 1” Muggs McGinnis and also the 1.25” red version which has a pinpoint nick and slightest trace of stain. Additional with faint stain mark is 1” Nebbs in black. The 1.25” red tailspin Tommy has a little light stain but primarily on the sides and barely seen from the front. Vast majority are clean and glossy. Largest group of these we’ve ever offered.
