Folder explains how to set your decoder so that it will decode the message written as a series of numbers on the top of the ring. Folder states “The Key To The Code Is R-7-But DON’T Reveal This To A Single Soul Who Isn’t A Silver Star Member!” At the risk of incurring Annie’s wrath, we can tell you the message translates to “I Am A Silver Star Member Of Orphan Annie’s Secret Society And Belong To the Circle Of Her Special Friends.” Tiniest bit of tan tone on the back of the folder when closed.
