Item Description
First is a ring constructed much like the Green Hornet secret compartment ring of 1947. This ring has a brass base with adjustable bands and no detailing. Top holds glow-in-dark circular compartment. Inside is paper label showing the company logo while one edge of the circle has rivet holding the aluminum cover which slides open and closed. This ring is rare and an essentially Mint example. With it comes adjustable brass ring with parrot head on the top accented in greenish-grey paint about 50% complete while the luster on the piece is about 95% complete. With the pair of rings comes 8.5” mailing envelope from the early 60s. Half of flap is off the reverse but overall Fine. This holds two pieces of “Shoe Money” designated “Ten Cents”, two pieces designated “Fifty Cents”, two pieces designated “1 Dollar” and two pieces designated “Five Dollars.” Trace of wear on a couple of pieces but most are Exc. Highlight of this lot is the rare Red Goose Shoes Ring.
