Pair from the 1960s by Phoenix Candy Co. Each is 2.5x3.75x7/8" deep empty box. First is from rare series featuring Universal Monsters and this has photos of Lon Chaney Jr. as the Wolf Man. Additional image on front of Frankenstein and an ad on one flap for Frankenstein life-size poster obtained w/one box flap and $1. Box is worn w/side panel creases, top & bottom flaps reattached on inside w/tape, missing small inner flaps and slight trim to back bottom panel. Just Good. Other box is from "Strictly Fun" series. Illustrations include Dracula on front, horned demon on back, sides of "Freaks", a giant and a man w/oversize head. All w/humorous text. Tight and Exc.
