Extensive set of 288 cards, each 2.5x3.25". ©1938. ACC# R69. The ultimate WWII era gum card issue w/choice (and often graphic) color art fronts and text backs. Seven key cards (including the three featuring Hitler) have been SGC graded: #1 (45 VG+ 3.5), #240 (35 Good+ 2.5), #277 (30 Good 2), #283 (20 Fair 1.5), #284 (55 VG/EX+ 4.5), #286 (A Authentic), #288 (30 Good 2). The remaining cards grade roughly as follows: 21 in EX/NM, 60 in EX, 88 in VG/EX, 80 in VG, 32 in Good or lower. A complete set of one of the all-time classic non-sports card issues.
