Item Description
1" diameter bright silver luster tin container has dot-sized dent at one edge and 3 hairlines on the surface of one side but mint luster. Container top lifts off and inside is a circular metal piece with a small hinged handle. On the underside of this is a rubber ink stamp with an anchor design flanked by the initials of the person ordering the premium, in this case "WE." In the base of the container is a now dried-out black felt ink pad. 1940s and first we've seen in 2 years. Exc.
