Ring top has 4 brass prongs holding convex plastic cover over real bw photo without dot pattern of Richard Coogan in his role as Captain Video. He is depicted holding a large space gun. Ring is c. 1950 from Power House Candy. Ring base is brass with adjustable bands. No luster but clean surfaces. Historic television space program premium. VF.
