Item Description
5x12x8" tall designed like covered wagon. Wheels don't move as made. Wheels and body of wagon made of dried cactus. Wagon cover is printed heavy paper attached to curved wire frame. 'Shade' is attached to wire with plastic stitching on both ends and where it attaches to base. Closeup illustration of Gene and Champ on one side with names. Other side shows ranch scene with Gene on rearing Champ. Name on sign above ranch gate reads "Gene Autry's Melody Ranch." Colors of shade have faded. Scattered light handling creases. Flat head nail has been added on back lower corner to secure shade to wagon. Light surface dust. Shade maintains original form. Light works. c. 1940s. Fine.
