1949 premium with adjustable brass bands has telescoping tube on top that opens to 2". Front has a small cut-out through which the 3-7/8" filmstrip is inserted and then the film is viewed by looking into the end of the tube while the ring is held to the light. Film is titled "U.S. Marines" and has various frames of military men in military action scenes. Filmstrip has couple of small ripples so it doesn't lay perfectly flat but o/w complete, color and undamaged. The ring is N. Mint. The filmstrip is particularly rare.
