Item Description
8x10.5" mimeographed letter dated 1958 comes with three 8x10" b/w glossy photos. Letter content explains photos "Featuring The Lone Ranger, Evelyn Rudy And Mr. Olesen" posing for "The Peace Patrol Campaign." Letter mentions four photos. Three are offered here. Last line of letter reads "I Am Turning Them Over To Jacob Mogelever And Know That At Least One Of Them Will Be Used In A Forthcoming Issue Of SBF." Possibly fourth photo was used in magazine. Each of these photos are numbered LR-TD-4, 9, 10 and each show "Join The Peace Patrol" Lone Ranger sign. Two show Lone Ranger handing "Evelyn" a Peace Patrol membership card. Bottom of Peace Patrol sign reads "Buy US Savings Stamps At Your School Or Post Office." Each photo is slightly curled with minimal handling wear. Exc.
