Item Description
5.50” tall gorilla wind-up was manufactured in the 1940’s in occupied Japan. Figure has celluloid hands and face and a tin body with fur-like covering. Feet are painted tin. Figure has built in key and works. FN. Wind-up comes with original box lid featuring nice illustrated image of King Kong rampaging through city. Lid is missing box bottom which was generic cardboard and easily replaceable. Lid is VF.
