Item Description
2”X 4.5” “Delegate” ribbon badge for Boston’s September 27, 1952 Democratic State Convention. N. Mint. Comes with rare serially numbered (#49) 3 5/8” X 5.5” stiff card that served as ticket for a dinner that evening at Hotel Bradford. Pictured are “Governor Paul A. Dever” and "Congressman John F. Kennedy.” Each has tiny union bug printed on jacket collar. Lightly tanned with 1” tall section across the bottom edge a little darker then the rest. Both are very limited issues rarely seen. JFK was elected Senator in November 1952. (see following item).
