Pair. 2.25" tall. China. Painted ducks wear bibs and stand on base in the shape of the map of Oregon. One base has decal reading "Portland Oregon." Other base does not. Bottom is marked "Occupied Japan." 1940s. Scattered wear on decals. VF. Comes with certificate signed by Senator Arthurhultz and Ted Hake.
