11x15" art board with 10x12.5" image area. Figure standing in center of bird bath is tagged "Franco." Water spews from his mouth as well as Nazi Swastikas. Bird bath is located on map of Spain. Caption below in pencil reads "Part Of The Nazi Art Collection - Or Nazi Fine Art." Signed by cartoonist "Mackenzie." Presumably linking Franco with the Nazis and the Spanish Civil War of the 1930s. Light age dust. Fine.
