1.75" pinback made of a plastic front and back snapped together. Reverse has horizontal bar pin above the words "Weld-Lock." Front shows female employee with crown logo above and serial number "2714" below. See additional Cadillac plant items #863 as well as #864-66. Rear rim edge has name of maker Bastian Brothers. c. late 30s or early 40s. First we've seen. Exc.
