2x3" heavy metal badge which has a slight yellowish gray tone to the metallic surface. Center has die-cut window with bw photo of employee number "5467." Below this is a second window with cardboard insert that has inscription "F13 8." Bottom edge of the piece has small raised letters "Detroit Michigan." Reverse has vertical bar pin. Upper left of the front has the Cadillac shield and crown emblem. c. late 30s and VF. First we' ve seen.
