Item Description
8" long tin litho with built-in key. 1930. Toy is complete including horseshoe hood ornament, crank and windshield. The more common version of this toy is found without text on the driver's side door. This rare variation has text reading "Andy Brown Prez Amos Jones Driver." Toy works, car travels forward before coming to a stop as it then shakes as do the figures of Amos, Andy and their dog. Small scattered traces of wear including some pinpoint paint nicks but all remains bright and glossy. VF.
