Item Description
8" tall tin litho with built-in key. 1930s. Penner is complete with cigar and hat. In one hand he holds a basket containing ducks while his other hand rests on the back of his duck "Goo Goo." Toy works and he walks forward as his hat tips up and down. Widely scattered tiny paint nicks and scratches most of which blend. Toy remains glossy. VF.
