Item Description
11x17" pen and ink signed "Wm. Van Horn" at bottom along with ink notation regarding publication "Uncle Scrooge #298 June 1996." This issue featured a book-length tale by Horn titled "The Pauper's Glass" and that title appears as part of the cover design. Great image of Uncle Scrooge and Donald Duck clutching to an inflatable shark as it floats away. Slight margin aging but art remains Exc.
