Front cover has full color painted art, inside front cover has design within lasso border for preface text from Wild Bill. Following five pages are paste-up photostats of panels forming comic strip story by "Bill Timmins." Opening page is in hand-colored tints and following pages are bw. This is followed by two blank pages before resumption of design, layout and paste-ups for various games, riddles, pencil puzzles, illustrated lariat instructions. Back cover is blank except for rope border design accented by some inked ranch brand symbols. Front cover w/nice image of Wild Bill w/guns drawn and Jingles behind him has about 50% rubs on title lettering, small creases at top, color is light on "Fun Book" text. Strong, clean art. Back cover has minor dust but overall Fine to VF. Unique c. mid 1950s. This item is a file copy from the Gold archives and is accompanied by a letter to that effect signed by Gordon Gold.
