Exceptionally large 2.5" pinback with covered metal back and horizontal bar pin. Reverse has a cut-out in the metal with inserted card that has inked name of an individual along with the date "Oct. 9-09." Front of badge shows state seal, has license serial number and also reads "Child Labor Street Permit." A little noticeable spotting on the right side from about 1 o'clock to 5 o'clock with a couple of more noticeable spots at the 3 o'clock position. However, about 95% of the piece remains clean and glossy. Earliest dated newsboy license we've seen. Rare limited issue. See following two items.
