1.25" and one of the best and rarest cartoon buttons from the FDR era. Hake #2033. Depicts elephant with "GOP" on his forehead landing on an object representing the New Deal and smashing it with small pieces flying to the left and right and in turn the donkey which supported the New Deal is squashed with his legs spreading out to each side. Captioned above "Landon On The New Deal." No backpaper as issued. Curl has copyright "1936 By Frederick A. Dorsey." Perfectly centered and totally clean with high gloss. NM.
