Item Description
15.75x21.5" framed display shows glossy 6.75x9" bw photo of a young and beautiful Taylor with 6x7" typed letter to Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp. Dated September 28, 1960, letter reads "Gentlemen: This Will Hereby Notify You That I Have Authorized The Kurt Fring Agency, Inc. To Accept Any And All Sums Of Money That May From Time To Time Become Available To Me Through My Services For Your Corporation. This Authorization Will Remain In Affect Until Further Written Notice From Me. Very Truly Yours, Elizabeth Taylor." Signed in blue ink. Letter is dated in close proximity to one of Taylor's successes, Cleopatra, which nearly bankrupted 20th Century Fox. Display also has engraved plate reading "Original Signed Letter Elizabeth Taylor." 1.75" gold foil sticker in lower left-hand corner states "Walt Disney World Company-Guaranteed Authentic." Reverse of display also has attached guarantee of authenticity as this piece was sold through Walt Disney World and has a registration number. Triple matted and encased in an ornate gold frame, this piece makes for a truly beautiful display. NM. Comes with Hake's COA.
