Exceptionally large pinback with covered metal back and bar pin. Beneath the clear celluloid against a bright green rim is a full color circular paper with large image of Santa whose hat is accented in holly. Likely a salesman's sample used to show the customer who could imprint his name or message around the bright green outer rim. c. 1930s. No maker's name. Couple of tiny rubs catch reflected light but with normal viewing totally clean and with high gloss. Rare and the only example we've seen. Exceptionally large size. Exc.
