Item Description
7/8" with beautiful color portrait of fighter who won the world heavyweight bare-knuckled championship in 1892 from John L. Sullivan. Corbett held the title until 1897. This lapel stud is c. 1896 and has the maker's W&H imprint on the reverse. Couple of very tiny pinpoint cello nicks around the outer perimeter but essentially invisible without magnification. Displays totally clean with full color and high gloss. See following item. Scarce.
