3x7.5x5.5" tall tin litho toy with built-in key. 1940s. Toy depicts boy in winter attire on skis and holding poles. Toy works and travels along while his arms move as if using the poles to propel himself forward. Tiny scattered paint nicks. Bright, glossy and VF/Exc.
