Item Description
Set of nine 9.5" tall puppets with cloth bodies and vinyl heads. By Gund ©Walt Disney Productions c. 1959. Characters include two different versions of Sleeping Beauty (Princess Aurora), Prince Philip, the three good fairies - Flora, Fauna and Merryweather, Maleficent, King Stefan and King Hubert. Prince Philip, Fauna, Merryweather and awake version of Sleeping Beauty are missing tags. Two versions of Sleeping Beauty were produced, one with eyes open and one with eyes closed. Both Sleeping Beauties have some aging/staining to cloth bodies. Flora has heavy staining to ribbon about neck and light staining to body at neck. All come with original felt hands with the exception of awake Sleeping Beauty. Maleficent and King Stefan have moderate wear to hands. Scattered paint rubs to heads with Flora having moderate wear to hat. Mostly Fine/VF.
