10x11.75" original frame with glass holds matte finish photo by Harris & Ewing. FDR in profile with pen in one hand and other hand holding eyeglasses resting on stack of documents. Signed on lower border "For Roy Vernon From Franklin D. Roosevelt." Edge splits on backpaper, o/w Mint. From the collection of Leroy T. Vernon, a campaign manager for Taft and later Washington D.C. reporter for the Chicago Daily News. Comes with Hake's COA.
