Item Description
Unused 3.5x8" ticket for 5th session plus 3 stubs for 6th and 7th sessions all in original envelope. Small tears on envelope top edge and a piece off reverse flap. Unused ticket is Mint. Issued for historic conference held in Washington 1921-1922 with goal to limit naval armaments of US, Britain, France, Italy and Japan. From the collection of Leroy T. Vernon, a campaign manager for Taft and later Washington D.C. reporter for the Chicago Daily News.
