5.75" tall with sunburst on ribbon holding gorgeous two-sided celluloid disk. Front reads "No Mean City/Indianapolis." Reverse shows state emblem of man chopping tree and running buffalo. Extremely Fine. From the collection of Leroy T. Vernon, a campaign manager for Taft and later Washington D.C. reporter for the Chicago Daily News.
