Item Description
15.5" tall. c. 1930s. Painted plaster figure of man in coat and hat. Damage to lettering on base front and back. Back text reads "Wilhartz, Ho (letters missing)/Louisville/Minneapolis." Neck of liquor bottle is seen in hip pocket. Exposed metal piece in hand suggests unknown missing object. Random paint touch-ups. Aside from base problem appearance is VF. Comes with Arthurhultz COA.
