Item Description
28" tall. c. 1950s. Willie was created by a freelance artist for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association as a response to Reddy Kilowatt. Wire screw eye at top for wall display. Similar style screw eyes at feet, possibly used to hold calendar pad. Hand-made and painted. Professional repair to back of one arm. Scattered aging. Fine. Comes with Arthurhultz COA.
