Painted chalk. Name on front reads "J.H. Williams Co. Millbury, Mass." Two men are depicted as running with a large shuttle used on fabric looms. Ends read "Heddles/Heddle Frames." Used in weaving. c. 1920s. Minimal scattered missing paint dots. VF. Comes with Arthurhultz COA.
