Item Description
5" tall badge headed by ornate brass hanger bar holding cello insert describing him "The Noblest Roman Of Them All." Bar holds rwb striped fabric ribbon that suspends 2" metal disk frame inserted by gloss paper crisp sepia real photo of him within keystone symbol for state of PA. Inscription is "For President M.S. Quay." Photo had cover of thin sheet of celluloid but this is now gone. Otherwise super clean and NM.
