Item Description
8.5x11" printed contract dated February 1, 1960. Boldly signed in blue ink by Frank Sinatra, Henry W. Sanicola and Peter Lawford. Contract is for rent of lot where "Puccini" restaurant was to be opened. The two "Rat Pack" stars became a fixture of the restaurant, Sinatra's favorite. Contract notes that rent of $115 per month for a period of 36 months, was the agreement. Typical margin wear and punched holes at top as issued. Fine with bold and Exc. signature area. Comes with Hake's COA.
