5.5x7x7" tall painted plaster. Base reads "Eaton Manufacturing Company Reliance Division Massolin, Ohio." The "Eaton" logo appears on both the front and back of the base. Front of figure reads "Kid Reliance/Fastening Devices." The base is designed like the product it makes-lock washers. Professional touchup to scattered tiny flakes. Scattered lt. surface dust. 1950s.
