Item Description
Lot of three. First is 5x7" sepia toned photo. Inscription reads "To Dwight - Wishing You The Best/George/The Lone Ranger." Signed in ink, light but readable. Before he changed his last name to "Montgomery," the actor was known as George Letz and one of the five Texas Rangers in the 1938 "Lone Ranger" serial. Corners missing, not affecting image or inscription. c. late 1930s. VG. Second is bluetone exhibit card with names below "Lee Powell (the Lone Ranger). George Letz. Hal Taliaferro. Herman Brix in The Lone Ranger M.B.S." Edge wear. VG. Last is 8.5x11" signed tax form with signature of "George Montgomery." Undated. Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
