Originally had black plastic base but now comes w/replacement painted wood base measuring 2.5x5.5x.75" tall. Overall 19.5" tall w/base. Molded plastic has colorful accents to hair, eyebrows, eyes, lips and name on hat and dress pocket. Scattered scuffs. c. 1950s. VF.
