Item Description
21" dia. by 33" tall. Six wire arms each designed to hold a shoe. Center has 16" tall painted composition parrot. Wooden name on top is two-sided. Attached is 5" chain at top for hanging. Lt. surface wear to cage and rack, lt. age dust to parrot but bright color and detail remains.
