Item Description
7x13.5x1.5" deep boxed game by J.H. Singer New York USA c. 1890s. Lid is illustrated with marching drummer boy in front of battlefield scene reminiscent of Civil War era. Lid of box shows heavy wear with aging and dust soiling but still displays VG. 13" square board is beautifully illustrated with camp scenes including boys enlisting, guard house, a General on horseback, etc. Board has a few scuffs and scratches but is still Fine. Spinner is in shape of drum. Moderate wear from use. VG. Also comes with four highly detailed cast metal playing pieces of drummer boys on colored bases. Some color loss on bases. VF.
