Item Description
4.5" tall painted composition with weighted bottoms. Early 1900s. Toys depict two popular comic characters of the period - Happy Hooligan and Moritz from Max and Moritz. Happy has some paint wear, most noticeable on back of his head. Has damage to his hat which has about 40% paint and a flake to the compo on one side. Moritz has paint wear mostly to his hair and also has crack across top of head although not noticeable when displayed from the front. Both display VG.
